Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Family Support Engagement Specialist, located in Key West, FL. The specialist will work directly with families to offer guidance, support, and connections to community resources. Responsibilities include case management, conducting family assessments, creating action plans, coordinating services, and providing ongoing support to ensure the safety and well‑being of children. The individual will also engage in community outreach efforts and work collaboratively with other service providers to build stronger family systems.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Social Work, Family Services, and Case Management
  • Knowledge and skills in Social Services and Community Outreach
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on‑site in Key West, FL, and engage directly with children and families
  • Familiarity with community resources and support systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in family support, social work, or a related area preferred
