We are seeking a friendly and professional Indian Concierge to join our team in Khasab Oman As a concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and information about local attractions restaurants and events
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests as requested
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area at all times
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
This is a contract job with the opportunity for long-term employment
