Concierge Luxury Resort

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our luxury resort in Khasab Oman

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide recommendations and assist with reservations for local attractions restaurants and transportation
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate special requests such as room decorations or event arrangements
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area at all times
• Keep up-to-date on local events activities and cultural happenings to provide accurate information to guests

• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
• Indian nationality preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required

• Competitive salary of 1100$ per month
