Sales Manager (Khasab, Oman)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with proven success in meeting and exceeding targets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for our products or services. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, as well as accommodation, free visa, and ticket to the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
• Lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our products or services
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth
• Monitor competitors' activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market
• Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance
• Prepare reports on sales progress and present them to upper management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to lead a team and motivate them towards achieving goals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
