Welder for Contract Work in Khasab
We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team for contract work in Khasab. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabricating metal structures, as well as knowledge of various welding techniques. This is a contract position, therefore the candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently to complete projects within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to plan welding operations
- Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the welding process
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Minimum 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
- In-depth knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
LocationThis position is located in Khasab. While we prefer a local candidate, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who are currently residing in Khasab.
Contract DetailsThis is a contract position without accommodation. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses for non-local candidates.
QualificationsWe welcome applications from students who have completed relevant courses or training programs in welding. We value hands-on experience over formal education.
