Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Khasab Oman.

As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and identifying any issues or damages
• Repairing and maintaining plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
• Painting walls repairing drywall and replacing fixtures as needed
• Fixing leaky faucets changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing necessary repairs
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
• Keeping inventory of supplies and reporting when replacements are needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training or certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry and HVAC systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary

This is an English-speaking job but knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial.
