Role Purpose

To execute and document unit handovers professionally, manage snagging follow-ups, support customers before and after handover, and ensure accurate system updates in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handover Execution
  • Conduct unit handover inspections with customers.
  • Explain unit features, utilities, and next steps clearly to customers.
  • Ensure handover is completed in line with approved schedules.
  • Snagging Management
  • Identify, record, and document snags with clear descriptions and photos.
  • Follow up with technical teams to ensure timely snag resolution.
  • Manage and document cases where customers accept units with pending snags.
  • Systems & Documentation
  • Salesforce or an approved CRM system to update:
    • Unit readiness and handover status
    • Snagging items and closure progress
    • Customer approvals and acknowledgments
  • Maintain accurate and timely records at all times.
  • Letters & Customer Communication
  • Prepare handover-related documentation and correspondence, including:
    • Snagging records
    • Handover acknowledgment forms
    • Post-handover follow-up communications
  • Ensure all documents are submitted for approval before issuance.
  • Government Process Support
  • Support and follow up on:
    • Property title transfer (Ifragh)
    • Utility meter transfers
  • Flag delays or missing documentation to the Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in handover, customer service, or real estate operations.
  • Basic understanding of construction finishes and common defects.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
