The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the C‑Level Executive, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, discretion, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support data-driven decisions, reporting, and executive-level analysis.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents, communications, and information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and format executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Ensure timely communication flow and support cross-functional coordination.
- Develop and maintain detailed Excel reports, dashboards, and data trackers.
- Perform data analysis, including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and conditional formatting.
- Create financial summaries, KPI dashboards, resource allocation sheets, and performance reports.
- Support executive decision-making with accurate, clean, and timely data outputs.
- Support project planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones for the executive.
- Assist with budget tracking.
- Manage ad‑hoc tasks and special projects with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at C‑Suite level.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive communications.
- Strong background in data handling and reporting.
