Job Summary
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards and contractual requirements. The role supports project teams by maintaining proper document workflows and ensuring timely distribution of records.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, organize, and file project documents and correspondence
Maintain document control systems and ensure proper versioning and tracking
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant project stakeholders
Monitor compliance with document control procedures and standards
Support audits and provide reports on document status and submission
Coordinate with project teams to retrieve, update, and archive documents
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive project information
At least 5 years of professional experience as a document controller
Holds an appropriate university degree
Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills
