Position Overview:

As a Senior Procurement Officer you will lead procurement activities across our fast-growing operations in the Eastern Region - KSA. You'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement of goods and services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to optimize procurement workflows in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What You will do (Responsibilities) :
  • Strategic Procurement Management
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with BRKZ's growth objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers.
  • Vendor & Contract Management
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to maximize value.
    • Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Compliance & Risk Control
    • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regional regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Mitigate risks by diversifying supplier base and monitoring market trends.
  • Workflow Optimization
    • Implement procurement automation tools and streamline approval processes.
    • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless procurement workflows.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance dashboards.
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Who You are (Qualifications) :
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier markets in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and workflow automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in English
