The Senior Demand Planner Specialist is responsible for analyzing and forecasting product demand to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop accurate demand plans and improve forecasting techniques.

• Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical methods and advanced analytics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather information on market trends, promotions, and product launches.
• Data Analysis: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to inform demand planning decisions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
• Reporting: Prepare and present demand reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving forecasting processes and tools.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
