• Lead the preparation of competitive, high‑quality technical and commercial proposals in response to RFI/RFP/RFQ requests from regional clients and deugro global offices
• Review and evaluate contracts, general terms, and conditions, identifying risks and liabilities and coordinating contract vetting with the deugro Corporate Contracts Team
• Ensure accurate freight calculations and delivery of professional, commercially competitive quotations
• Manage subcontractors effectively, ensuring quality service levels and cost‑efficient procurement from reputable partners

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseas offices, and agents regarding project‑related inquiries, commercial escalations, and operational coordination
• Maintain regular communication with clients and conduct periodic visits to strengthen business relationships and understand evolving project requirements
• Support deugro Corporate Marketing in developing professional presentations and client‑facing materials

• Handle end‑to‑end project execution and management of awarded contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate processes and quality standards
• Coordinate with deugro Corporate Functions (DCF) for seamless project execution, reporting, financial control, and operational governance
• Provide support to management in expanding the project business, enhancing service quality, and developing the regional client base—particularly in EPC, oil & gas, and related industries across Saudi Arabia and oversea

• Travel locally, regionally, and internationally as required to supervise operations, manage critical project cargo movements, and engage with clients and suppliers

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Project Operation or Pricing. Project Freight forwarding or Heavy Haulage experience
• Ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse team in a time‑sensitive, high‑pressure environment
• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to self‑manage and prioritize tasks
• Responsible, results‑oriented, and highly customer‑focused approach to business
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex day‑to‑day operational and project-related problems
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and implement preventive measures
• Strong financial acumen to ensure project profitability and commercial soundness
