The Corporate Development Analyst supports the development, execution, and monitoring of Wisayah’s strategic and business initiatives. The role provides analytical, research, and coordination support across corporate strategy, business planning, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise project management. The Analyst works closely with Head of Corporate Development to deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights that inform decision-making and contribute to the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Planning Support
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, benchmarks, and market developments to support strategic planning.
  • Assist in preparing components of the company’s Strategic Plan and annual Business Plan.
  • Perform data gathering and analytical work to help assess strategic opportunities, risks, and scenarios.
2. Financial & Analytical Support
  • Build and update basic financial models, dashboards, and templates to support evaluation of new initiatives, clients, products, or partnerships.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and support various strategic assessments.
  • Maintain data accuracy and version control for models, reports, and planning tools.
3. Stakeholder & Client Coordination
  • Support the preparation of responses to information requests from internal and external stakeholders, including Saudi Aramco and clients.
  • Help organize materials for committee meetings, leadership updates, and cross-functional engagements.
  • Assist in tracking progress of enterprise-level projects (e.g., office projects, technology projects, strategic initiatives).
  • Prepare documentation, timelines, progress trackers, and summary updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect project inputs.
5. Research & Insights
  • Stay up to date on investment management industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
  • Support the development of briefing notes, benchmarking papers, and market summaries.
6. Reporting & Presentation Development
  • Prepare drafts of presentations, memos, and reports for internal committees and executive review.
  • Ensure materials follow corporate standards and are accurate, concise, and visually clear.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
    Arabic is a plus.
