Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations & Sales Coordination Officer located in Al Khobar. The Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational workflows and coordinating sales efforts. Key tasks include managing customer relationships, generating and nurturing leads, overseeing sales operations, and optimizing channel sales processes. The position requires active collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth order execution
- Manage shipment lifecycle from booking to final delivery
- Handle and follow up on custom clearance processes
- Coordinate transportation sourcing and planning
- Liaise with ports, terminals, and warehouse operators
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Maintain accurate CRM and shipment data
- Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction
- Experience in Logistics Operations / Supply Chain Coordination
- Knowledge of custom clearance, port operations, terminal handling, and warehouse processes
- Experience in transportation sourcing and fleet coordination
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and operational reporting
- Available Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Based in or willing to relocate to Al‑Khobar
