Summary

K  is looking for Subcontractor Administrator – executes subcontracts, purchases goods, services, and supplies which includes RFQ inquiry, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial negotiation including terms and conditions, and order placement.

• Good understanding of requirements for issuing orders and contracts in the Middle East and familiarity with contracting review process working together with the legal department.
• Administration of orders as needed to monitor and manage contractor progress to ensure timely execution of work, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure proper completion as per stakeholders’ requirements and specifications.

• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience in MS Dynamics (preferred) or SAP.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
• Be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
