We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying new business opportunities, and turning prospects into successful partnerships, this opportunity is for you

• Identify and approach potential merchants and brand partners.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, Linked In, and other channels.
• Present partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through signed agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track partnership progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in E‑Commerce, Marketplaces, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Platforms is a plus.
