Job Title: Student Intern

Location: Khobar Office, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Internship Type: Unpaid Internship (Training Placement)

QETC Education & Training Consultancy SDN. BHD., based in Malaysia, supports international students from Africa and the Middle East to pursue higher education in Malaysia. With offices in multiple countries and 50+ global associates, we provide ethical, professional academic counseling and student support across a wide range of disciplines.

Role Summary

This is a hands‑on, rotational internship based in our Khobar office. You will rotate across multiple functions (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Events, and basic Tech/Automation tasks). Because we operate as a lean team, interns are exposed to real work and learn fast.

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales Support & Lead Follow‑Up (Primary)

  • Make outbound calls and follow‑ups to leads (daily outreach).
  • Book meetings in Pipedrive and keep lead records accurate and updated.
  • Support daily sales activity with clear targets (e.g., calls and meeting bookings).

2) Business Development (Schools / B2B)

  • Support school partnership activities and school outreach.
  • Coordinate with the team on maintaining and growing school relationships.
  • Assist with planning and execution of school‑related activities/events.

3) Events & Operations Support

  • Assist with event preparation and on‑ground support when required.
  • Support coordination tasks and day‑to‑day operational needs of the office.

4) Marketing Support (Basic Execution)

  • Assist with maintaining the content/calendar schedule (updates + follow‑ups).
  • Support simple content tasks such as photo editing and content coordination.

5) Technology / Automation Support (Basic)

  • Assist with simple documentation and SOP writing/formatting.
  • Support basic automation or system tasks (guided by the team).
Requirements
  • Comfortable speaking with people on the phone (professional + confident).
  • Organised and able to follow instructions and complete tasks properly.
  • Willing to learn across different functions (Sales/Marketing/Operations).
  • Good work ethics: punctual, consistent, accountable.
  • Basic English is preferred (training + daily tools).
  • Ability to do local travel within the city for school visits (when needed) is a plus.
