We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to become the backbone of our sales and marketing operations. This role plays a key part in keeping information flowing smoothly, maintaining accurate customer and vendor data, and supporting our Business Development and Sales teams in reaching their targets.
This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.

Responsibilities- RFQ Management and CRM Administration
- Accurately log and track all Requests for Quotations (RFQs) in the company CRM, from receipt through to submission.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports on RFQ status to management.
- Coordinate between the Estimation and Sales teams to ensure timely, compliant proposal submissions.
- Liaise weekly with the Digital Marketing team to collect draft content and promotional materials.
- Follow up on internal approvals with management to keep content moving on schedule.
- Ensure approved content is published across company's social media and digital platforms on time.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date vendor database in Excel, including contact details, login credentials, and website links.
- Conduct monthly audits of vendor data, with all updates verified by the designated manager.
- Maintain an inventory list of marketing gifts and corporate merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering proactively.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to BDMs and the Sales team in fulfilling client requirements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits.
- Support new lead generation, nurture client relationships, and gather RFQs to create new sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within sales or business development.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time, and stay detail-focused under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate across multiple departments.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a genuine commitment to team goals.
