EY is looking for a Manager to join its Audit team at KSA office to lead on complex audit engagements and support business growth. In this role, you will build and strengthen internal and external relationships while ensuring high-quality work is delivered to clients. You will identify and elevate risks, foster a positive learning culture, and mentor junior team members to support their development.

As a Manager, you'll manage the delivery of audit engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the Senior Managers, Associate Partners or Partners and executing it in compliance with Ernst & Young’s policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.

You’ll also assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders as well as participate in business development initiatives.

Pro‑activity, accountability and results‑driven people will flourish in this environment. Dealing with competing priorities, understanding how to manage resources and communicating effectively are key skills. This will have a huge impact on those around you and help promote a positive work ethic.

• Seven years of professional experience in external audit
• Strong academic record and professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/ CPA/ CA
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm

• Experience of risk-based audit process
• Coaching, mentoring and counseling experience
• Experience in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region
• Proficiency in Arabic Language
