Senior Buyer

We are actively looking for a Senior Buyer to join our Commercial team,

• Manage product and supplier selection within assigned categories.
• Plan, forecast, and report on sales and business performance.
• Control category budgets, including sales, profitability, and inventory targets.
• Maintain healthy stock turns and manage inventory performance.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate and implement promotional and advertising initiatives.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of retail buying experience.
• Strong proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience in sales forecasting and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with high integrity and accountability.
