OverviewAs the Loans and Market Intelligence Manager at Al-Qadsiah Club, you will lead the club’s loans and player placement strategy, ensuring player development pathways are aligned with market intelligence, partner club opportunities, and long-term football objectives. You will play a critical role in supporting player development, squad planning, and asset value protection through effective loan management and market insight.
Key Responsibilities Loans Management- Coordinate and oversee the full loan cycle, from planning and placement through to monitoring and evaluation
- Manage and quality‑control loan monitoring reports, weekly updates, and mid‑loan evaluations across First Team, Emerging Talent, and Academy players
- Ensure every loan player has a clearly defined and regularly reviewed Player Pathway Plan aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead the maintenance and development of the club’s Market Options Database to support player movement and recruitment decisions
- Coordinate the updating of intelligence reports across key domestic and international markets
- Oversee the References Database and contribute to regular market intelligence reporting covering trends, regulations, and opportunities
- Work closely with scouting staff to identify suitable loan destinations based on playing style, competitive level, development opportunities, and pathway objectives
- Track opportunities and player movements through structured market intelligence processes
- Act as the primary contact for receiving clubs and support key decisions relating to recalls, extensions, transfers, and club changes
- Support the strategic use of Transfer Room and other market platforms
- Support the development and evaluation of partner clubs to strengthen long-term player pathways
- Contribute to partnership reviews and help define practical development objectives and monitoring measures
- Build and maintain a strong network of sporting directors, loan managers, and football industry contacts
- Prepare loan and player pathway content for transfer window planning and operational reviews
- Contribute market intelligence and insights to transfer window tracking and post‑window reviews
- Ensure all reporting, valuation, and intelligence processes are delivered to a high professional standard
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of football regulations, transfer markets, and emerging industry trends
- Handle sensitive information with the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
- Support additional duties aligned with the needs of the football department
- Relevant training in Sports Management, Scouting, Football Operations, or a related discipline
- Additional professional qualifications such as PFSA, UEFA, or equivalent courses
- Experience working in loans, market intelligence, recruitment operations, or football strategy within a professional football club
- Proven experience managing player loan processes and development pathways
- Strong knowledge of transfer regulations, loan structures, registration rules, and foreign player quotas
- Experience operating across key football markets and identifying suitable development environments for players
- Advanced ability to manage databases, reporting systems, and decision‑making frameworks
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to balance sporting and financial outcomes
