Supply Contracts Officer – Manpower & Equipment

Responsibilities

Securing and executing manpower supply contracts and heavy equipment bus rental contracts.

Managing and developing a database of manpower suppliers and accredited agencies abroad, particularly in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.

Monitoring recruitment procedures and visas in accordance with relevant Saudi regulations.

Preparing periodic performance reports and supply indicators regarding the number of supplies, turnaround time, and costs.

• Experience:
  
  6 to 10 years of experience in manpower supply within Saudi Arabia.
• Proof:
  Submission of documented experience certificates and tangible evidence of previous supply contracts handled by the candidate.
• Education:
  
  A university degree in Business Administration or a high-level technical qualification from an accredited institution.
• Nationality:
  Preferred candidates of Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, or Bangladeshi nationality.
• Language:
  Proficiency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English.
• Age:
  Must not exceed 35 years.

Due to our requirement for a quick turnaround, we are looking for an Operations & Manpower Contracting Specialist with strong, documented practical experience in manpower supply, heavy equipment leasing, and bus rentals. The candidate must possess an active network of relationships with manpower supply agencies abroad.
