Purpose of the position

Part of the HR Dept. within Training and Development. You will support Training and Saudization Activities.

• Identify Training needs through Job Analysis, Performance Reviews and Consultation with Managers.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Manage the training budget and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.

• Education: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Background: 2-4 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Languages: English / Arabic.
• Technical Knowledge: Excel, Power Bi, communication and presentation skills.
• Travel: Some travelling will be expected within Saudi.
