Purpose of the position
Senior Training OfficerPart of the HR Dept. within Training and Development. You will support Training and Saudization Activities.
How can you support us?- Identify Training needs through Job Analysis, Performance Reviews and Consultation with Managers.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Manage the training budget and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
- Education: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Background: 2-4 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Languages: English / Arabic.
- Technical Knowledge: Excel, Power Bi, communication and presentation skills.
- Travel: Some travelling will be expected within Saudi.
