Position OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Wedding & Event Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing unique design concepts for weddings and events, coordinating décor elements, and ensuring the final setup reflects the client’s vision and our company’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative design concepts for weddings and special events based on client preferences and themes.
- Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and visual proposals for clients.
- Select and coordinate décor elements including furniture, floral arrangements, lighting, and decorative accessories.
- Conduct venue site visits to evaluate layouts and plan event design set‑ups.
- Prepare layout plans for ceremony areas, stages, dining areas, and guest seating.
- Collaborate with planners, vendors, florists, and suppliers to execute the design vision.
- Ensure all design elements align with the client’s budget, event theme, and timeline.
- Supervise event setup and styling to ensure quality and design accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest wedding design trends and décor innovations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Event Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in wedding design, event styling, or interior design.
- Strong creativity and excellent aesthetic sense.
- Ability to create visual concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus.
