Business Senior Analyst

Job title: Senior Pricing and Business Performance Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Develop SME pricing model with all related functions incl. regular pricing revision, performance monitoring, performance reporting etc.
• Perform medical portfolio analysis and produce regular performance reports and dashboards to support stakeholder decision-making like overall performance, policy level loss ratio, technical results, providers’ unit cost etc.
• Perform all type of analysis (portfolio level) that covers highest utilized services, diseases, providers etc.
• Help improving underwriting practice by introducing standard and efficient pricing procedures that will be used by underwriting team
• Work closely with actuarial and underwriting team to support development and implementation of pricing tools for corporate business
• Work to improve internal processes and systems based on the outcome of generated analysis and reports
• Ensure capturing recent pricing methodologies adapted in Saudi market and support improving the pricing efficiency by exploring new pricing factors, new discounts elements etc.
• Recommend initiatives to enhance profitability for all business lines of Medical
• Provide support in monitoring the performance of all distribution channels and report any irregularities arise

• Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science
• Midway to Associateship

• 3 Years

• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior to excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• High degree of self-motivation and creative problem solving

• Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Access, VBA)
• Knowledge of SQL/Python/R/Tableau, or desire to learn
