Halian is hiring Finance SME in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Experience required: 10+ Years
Duration: 1 year & extendable
Qualifications & Experience
- Outstanding academic degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Candidate must have experience in an FP&A background.
- Several years of practical consulting or industry experience in Finance & transformation initatives
- Experience in leading work streams or sub-projects within complex transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, Management Accounting, and performance steering frameworks
- Strong understanding of AI-driven finance transformation, including how AI, automation, and advanced analytics can enhance finance processes and decision-making
- Experience working in agile transformation environments, with familiarity in frameworks such as SAF in large transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to operate across all organizational levels and engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, finance leadership teams, and executive sponsors
- Exposure to modern finance technology landscapes (e.g., ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP S/4
HANA, consolidation, reporting, or treasury platforms) is considered a plus - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation capabilities
- Experience in leading project teams or work streams, including mentoring and developing junior team members within complex transformation programs.
