Overview

Our client is a leading large scale company in the field of Fintech.

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of finance (who will report to a finance director) to lead the financial operations and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling the business, managing risk, and ensuring robust financial health in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Finance, your core focus will be managing the financial infrastructure and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The seven main tasks required for this role are:

Oversee all daily financial operations, including core accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury management.

Develop and execute comprehensive financial forecasting models, annual budgets, and long-term strategic financial plans to support rapid growth.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, local taxation laws, and financial reporting standards specific to the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and KSA financial regulations.

Lead financial risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating operational, credit, and market risks inherent to the fintech ecosystem.

Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable performance metrics to the Director of Finance to guide critical business decisions.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while optimizing financial technology stacks and automated accounting software.

Coordinate all internal and external audits while managing strategic relationships with banks, external auditors, and financial institutions.
