Overview:

As the Finance Administrator at Al-Qadsiah Club, you will support the day-to-day financial administration of the Women’s Football Department, ensuring the efficient processing of procurement, accounts payable, and financial documentation. You will play a key role in maintaining financial compliance, supporting budget processes, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Administration
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PRs) for the Women’s Football Department in coordination with the Club Procurement team
  • Review and verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation prior to finance approval and payment processing
  • Review reimbursement and corporate credit card expenses, ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payment processing
  • Maintain and update procurement and accounts payable records, ensuring accurate filing and document management
  • Provide regular updates on the status of purchase requests and financial transactions
Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Support the Women’s Football Accountant in preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budget breakdowns
  • Assist in preparing departmental financial reports for Board meetings and key stakeholders
  • Maintain financial records and supporting documentation for audit purposes
  • Support the review and development of departmental finance policies and procedures
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Women’s Football Department as required
  • Support departmental objectives through additional duties assigned by the Administrator Lead and Technical Director
  • Assist with the coordination and organisation of financial documentation and departmental records
  • Maintain professional standards when dealing with confidential financial information
Qualifications Desirable:
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience working within professional sport or football environments
  • Experience using ERP, procurement, or financial management systems
Skills, Knowledge and

Experience:

Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role with similar responsibilities
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of financial administration, invoice processing, procurement, and budget monitoring processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
Desirable:
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Experience working with external vendors and procurement functions
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and audit requirements
  • Experience operating within an international or multicultural environment
