Position: Cost-Benefit & Optimization Analytics Specialists

Monthly budget:
SAR 10,000 - 15.000

Role Overview

The contractor shall deliver cost-benefit and financial optimization analyses to evaluate investments and vendor engagements, ensuring data-driven insights aligned with financial governance and value realization objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze budgetary and planning data, including reconciliation and variance analysis
  • Collect and analyze project and operational cost data, resource consumption, and forecasts
  • Prepare cost-benefit and financial optimization analyses for investments and vendor engagements
  • Develop value-for-money dashboards and benefit realization forecasts
  • Create optimization scenarios for contract scope, vendor pricing, and resourcing models
  • Provide recommendations on vendor selection, contract restructuring, and investment prioritization
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and associated risk trade-offs
  • Prepare executive-level summary reports including ROI, payback period, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through reports, presentations, and briefings
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and reconcile complex financial and budgetary data
  • Thorough proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills within organizational and subcontractor environments
