We are looking for an experienced and result‑oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth in the shipping and logistics sector.

• Manage all accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial performance and present reports to management.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Oversee payroll, banking, and cost‑control activities.
• Implement and maintain ERP‑based financial systems.
• Support business strategy through financial analysis and risk management.

• Qualification:
  
  M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 8–10 years in Finance & Accounts, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Age below 40 years.
