Job Description
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards on project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections daily/weekly audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe working conditions.
- Monitor contractors' compliance with HSE requirements and report deviations.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
- Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and recommend corrective/preventative measures.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, records, and reports in line with ISO 45001 and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of Emergency Response Plans and ensure drills are conducted periodically.
- Liaise with project management, contractors, and consultants to promote safety culture.
- Participate in management reviews, compliance evaluations, and audits.
- Support the Project HSE Manager in achieving HSE objectives and KPI targets.
