Patient Relations Specialist

The Patient Relations Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional patient experience from the time patients are received until their service is completed, by organizing appointments, following up on inquiries and observations, and coordinating with medical departments to ensure patient satisfaction and service quality.

• Welcome patients, guide them, and provide the necessary support
• Schedule appointments and ensure patients’ data is ready
• Answer calls and inquiries, and follow up on requests
• Monitor patient satisfaction, receive feedback and complaints, and work to resolve them
• Coordinate between patients and medical and administrative departments
• Maintain the confidentiality of patients’ data and comply with the facility’s policies
• Prepare reports related to patient service and satisfaction

• Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with others
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
• Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computers and appointment management programs
• Preference for prior experience in the healthcare sector or customer service

• Health practitioner license

• Specialization in Psychology or Social Services
