Sofitel is seeking a housekeeping coordinator in a luxury hotel environment to act as the central hub for communications within the housekeeping team. You will coordinate with Front Office on room status, liaise with Engineering for repairs, and promptly relay guest requests to housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities include maintaining records, updating the PMS, preparing daily assignment sheets, tracking lost & found items, and monitoring stock levels.
