Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is seeking an Assistant Front Office / Concierge Manager to support the Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest service. You will plan, organise and direct Concierge operations and administration to ensure guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or tourism management degree or diploma, has at least 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager - Concierge or Guest Service Manager, and is a Clefs d'Or holder.
