Hyatt Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Concierge to support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service at our hotel in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee concierge operations and administrative tasks to help maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
The ideal candidate has a hospitality management degree, at least 2 years in a concierge or guest services leadership role, and holds Clefs d'Or or is willing to pursue.
