As the HR Coordinator, your primary focus is to support the HR Operations team with day‑to‑day HR administration tasks & Front Desk office.

In this role, you will:

Onboarding & New Joiner
  • Assist with the induction workshops, including setting up rooms and preparing new joiner packs.
  • Data administration of new joiner paperwork and processes.
People Relationships
  • Support the partnership between the HR Operations Manager and employees by handling questions.
  • Provide support to employees on HR‑related topics such as policies, leaves and compensation and resolve any issues.
Offboarding
  • Preparation of offboarding paperwork using internal processes.
Reporting & SLA's
  • Maintenance and administration of Bamboo

    HR to ensure all employee files are recorded digitally.
  • Maintain internal HR systems and databases and manage archiving.
  • Execute travel administration and liaise with travel agencies.
  • Assist the HR Team with all operational activities.
  • Maintain medical insurance documents and records.
  • Organise and secure materials and household supply cabinets.
  • Deliver and pick‑up mail, messages, documents, packages and other items to and from offices.
  • Handle basic administrative duties.
  • Stock and supply designated facility areas.
  • Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
Miscellaneous
  • Handle Front Desk Office duties.
Requirements
  • Graduate Degree of diploma in HR (Optional)
  • 0-1 years' of experience in HR function.
  • 0-1 years' of Administrative experience.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Good communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally & externally.
  • Good coordination and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work requirements.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
  • Hands‑on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Take pride in your work and have fun doing it.
  • Must display resilience and a focus on continuous improvement.
