Recruitment Officer

Overview

BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our KSA team. This role is based in KSA and the selected candidate will oversee all hiring needs for the KSA office, ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant recruitment processes aligned with Saudi labor regulations and company standards.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, and networking events
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate evaluations
• Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
• Maintain records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer in a contracting company
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
