The HR/Admin Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the HR and administration functions. The role involves handling HR-related documentation, assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, coordinating inductions, and ensuring proper documentation
- Assist with HR letters, memos, certificates, and related correspondence
- Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and assist in payroll processing coordination
- Support in employee relations, grievance handling, and communication of HR policies
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory; coordinate purchase requests
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation to ensure efficient record management
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and visitors
- Support in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes of meetings
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR and administrative queries
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., recruitment agencies, travel agencies, government offices)
- Provide support in HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and office events
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3to 5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (experience in consulting or engineering industry is a plus)
- Knowledge of HR processes, Saudi labor law, and office administration practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication (English and Arabic preferred), and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle independently and prioritize
