We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and support the company’s hiring needs. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers
. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
. - 4-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
. - Experience using job portals such as or Linked In.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
