• Minimum 4 years in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role in hospitality or luxury services.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and people development for high-performing teams.
• Arabic and English is a must. French or another European language, even better.

HR Strategy & Compliance: You manage the full HR framework - from payroll, compensation, and benefits to legal compliance - keeping everything solid, current, and audit-ready.

Talent & Growth: You own the full recruitment process, build the talent pipeline, design onboarding journeys that inspire from day one, and create development paths that turn great hires into future leaders.

Performance & Employee Relations: You support managers in setting clear objectives, running meaningful appraisals, and navigating difficult conversations - including terminations - with professionalism and care.

Culture & Change: You are the guardian of Le Café LPM’s values, embedding them in every process, every hire, and every moment of change.

People Skills & Integrity: Discreet, clear, and trusted. You communicate with honesty, resolve conflict with calm, and handle sensitive matters with the confidentiality they deserve
