A leading hospitality organization is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join its team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in Saudi labor regulations, workforce compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals while maintaining full compliance with Saudi employment regulations.
The HR Supervisor will oversee key human resources functions, including Saudization initiatives, government platform administration, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and learning and development programs. Key Responsibilities- Lead Saudization initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat requirements.
- Manage HR operations through government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Develop and implement employee performance appraisal systems.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Identify organizational training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Implement service excellence initiatives aligned with international hospitality standards.
- Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage staff accommodation arrangements and employee welfare.
- Oversee visa processing and work permit lifecycle management for a multicultural workforce.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
