Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and hard-to-fill positions across the business.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, screen, and assess high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment channels.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and sourcing challenges.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, approvals, and pre-employment requirements.
- Manage complex recruitment situations, including candidate negotiations and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the Mobilization and People teams.
- Support recruitment reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of TA processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior TA team members as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, energy, or oil and gas.
- Proven experience recruiting senior, technical, and specialized professionals.
- Strong direct sourcing, market mapping, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment platforms, and talent market trends.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
