Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to provide effective people and HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide advice on HR policies, processes, and employment matters in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Analyze people data and trends to support informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR functions to deliver effective people solutions.
  • Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a People Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with managers and senior business leaders.
