Position Overview

Beyond Limits is looking to hire a Global Proposals Manager, to Coordinate and manage the overall proposal development and offer process. This Global Proposals Manager will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

Job Duties /Responsibilities
  • Lead pursuits including responses to draft RFIs. RFQs, RFPs, and other solicitations for some of our most impactful customers to secure new or renewing contracts.
  • Own the primary responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of compliant, compelling, customer-focused proposals.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of proposal processes, including process documentation, tools, metrics, and training.
  • Liaise with Technical, Business Development, and Finance teams to ensure proposal roadmaps are aligned with strategy.
  • Provide high level review of budget and budget narrative against technical proposal, as needed.
  • Manage a complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales or commercial proposal development and offer processes.
  • Proposal management experience such as experience with evaluation notices, customer questions, source selection processes, and/or proposal evaluations.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams in virtual settings to achieve results.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Experience managing projects, proposals and large global bids.
