Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for overall site execution, planning, and control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and contractual requirements. The role acts as the primary site-level interface with the client, contractors, and authorities, with strong Arabic communication skills required.

Experience:

20-25years

• Lead and manage all site activities from mobilization to project completion
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, specifications, quality, and HSE requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization on site
• Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and equipment deployment
• Resolve technical, operational, and site coordination issues
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and reporting requirements
• Conduct site meetings and represent the company in client discussions (Arabic)
• Ensure timely documentation, approvals, and handover activities

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in site/project management
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and site teams
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory as per client requirement
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and site execution
• Experience working with clients, consultants, and local authorities
