Facility Administrator

Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position for a Facility Administrator based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including regular cleaning, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for the facilities.
• Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary repairs or renovations.
• Monitor and track facility expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to any facility emergencies or security concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and operations run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repairs.
• Train and supervise facility staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
