The manager must ensure that the spa is maintained at a high level of cleanliness, safety, and quality so that guests receive a positive experience.
The manager has to ensure that guests receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit to the spa.
The manager must develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
The manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative processes, including inventory management, record-keeping, and purchasing of equipment and supplies.
The manager must ensure that the spa is in compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
