Operations Manager, Business Management & Consulting
Our fast-growing firm is seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Staffing- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Drive sales initiatives and business growth within the branch
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Address customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure adherence to AML, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
- Identify and mitigate operational and compliance-related risks
- Prepare and submit regular operational, compliance, and performance reports
- Maintain effective communication with Head Office and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives
- Contribute to branch-level strategic planning
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in branch management or a similar leadership role
- Strong background in Operations, Sales, and Compliance & Risk Management
- Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Performance Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capability with experience managing teams
