JOB PURPOSE / ROL

The Project Manager leads the delivery of high‑impact strategic programs and enterprise‑wide initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate objectives and growth priorities. The role is accountable for establishing robust project governance, driving cross‑functional collaboration, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the successful realization of business outcomes. As a strategic partner to leadership, the Project Manager enables organizational transformation, mitigates execution risks, and fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all project portfolios.

ESSENTIAL

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Provide executive‑level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decision‑making and prioritization.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives associated with project implementation and business process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and project delivery capabilities.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, promoting high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
