Job Responsibilities
Develop project management strategy and direction for major projects and programs in line with overall country level strategy, business objectives and needs, group guidelines and policies.
Lead multiple teams of lower-level executives, senior managers and managers.
Develop short to long-term 1-5 year plans for optimizing the organization function or job-family and the talent required to execute strategies.
QualificationsQualification Needed – B.E /
B. Tech (Electrical).
Experience Needed – Minimum 22 years of overall EPC experience with minimum 10 years of Gulf / Oil & Gas experience.
Minimum 5 years worked as Direct/cluster Head/segment roll.
Nationality Preferred – Indian.
